Time Management
This time management program combines world class organizational techniques assembled
over 30 years training hundreds of thousands with the effectiveness and advantages
of expert interactive facilitation. This program is delivered via WebEx in two 2-hour
sessions spaced one week apart.
The most common problem in time management is the tendency to be reactive rather
than proactive. Rather than planning for constructive use of time and working towards
long-term goals, most people spend their days reacting to external pressures. GP
has partnered with
Baker Communications to bring you this time management workshop
that teaches you how to recognize and correct this tendency. As part of this program,
you will analyze your own time use and learn time management tools in a stimulating
and interactive format. The techniques learned in this course may be applied immediately
to expedite work projects, organize personal and business activities, use organizational
tools more effectively, and coordinate and evaluate performance.
